Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FYN Labs LLC ("FYN", "we") for the use of Command Mail at commandmail.app, its command line tool and its MCP interface (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your sign-in, for the tokens and agent connections you create and for everything done with them. Tell us promptly at support@fyn-labs.com if you suspect misuse.

3. Early access

Command Mail is in early access. The first accounts are free of charge. Before any paid plan applies to you, we will tell you the price and you decide whether to continue. Features may change while the Service develops.

4. Your addresses and your mail

You may only connect addresses and domains you are entitled to use. Your mail remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to store, process and deliver it for you. You can export your data and leave at any time.

5. Agents and automated drafts

Assessments and drafts produced by automated systems or AI agents can be wrong. Spam, fraud and phishing scores are estimates, not guarantees. Messages are sent only after your approval or by an agent you authorised to send; you remain responsible for what is sent from your addresses.

6. Acceptable use

• No spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, malware or fraud.
• No use that violates the law or the rights of others.
• No attempts to access other accounts, bypass limits or disrupt the Service.
• No sending from addresses or domains you do not control.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of important mail. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or endanger the Service, its users or third parties. Where possible we warn first and give you the chance to export your data.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FYN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Mandatory liability, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence continues to apply.
